“Kazakhstan in Contemporary International Relations: Under the Banner of Independence”

Chair of Diplomatic Translations of International Relations Department is pleased to host “Relevant Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages and Translation Studies Courses” in the frame of the International Scientific-Practical Online-Conference “Kazakhstan in Contemporary International Relations: Under the Banner of Independence”, which will be held on November 12-13, 2020.
This conference is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of al-Farabi KazNU International Relations Department.
International Scientific-Practical Online-Conference will host leading representatives of scientific and expert communities from Kazakhstan, CIS and other foreign states, representatives of state bodies of RK, MFA of RK, embassies and international organizations.
Section will discuss following topics:
- Innovative Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages in Higher Education;
- Relevant Issues of Teaching Foreign Languages for Professional Communication;
- Relevant Issues of Interpretation and Translation Studies and Issues of Teaching it.
Working languages of the section: Kazakh. Russian, English German and French.
Applications must be submitted until May 9, 2020.
The conference is hosted by Chair of Diplomatic Translation of International Relations Department at al-Farabi KazNU.

Collection of papers will be published as a result of the conference.
Materials that has been accepted will be published in the collection of papers and on the official web-site of Al-Farabi KazNU.
